Easyseal Low-Temperature (120°C) Test Cards for H2O2 Low-Temperature Sterilization, 100 Cards per Box
Product Code: C-EZLT
The Easyseal Low-Temperature (120°C) Seal Test Cards (EF362) evaluate heat sealer performance and seal integrity for paper/plastic sterilization pouches and laminated film used in H2O2 low-temperature sterilization workflows. Supporting installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and routine sealing-process monitoring under ISO 11607-2, these cards help identify incomplete seals, channels, punctures, tears, and delamination. A visible color bar helps reveal deviations in sealing conditions. Completed cards provide documented records of sealing performance for quality control and retrospective review. Each box contains 100 single-use cards.
