SteriCheck Digital Incubator with biological indicator
Basic instructions are:

• Make sure the incubator is operating at 60°C.
• Place one BI into the autoclave and run it as usual.
• Once it's completed, remove and set aside for 10 mins to let it cool.
• Place it into the oblong hole inside the incubator, and push it sideways to activate.
• Place that into one of the holes in the incubator.
• Add a Control test BI – activate it in the oblong hole, label it “C” for control, and place it into another hole in the incubator.
• Push the blue button to start the timer (10-hours).
• Remove both after 10 hours. The Control test should be yellow, showing there is spore activity. The Sterilizer test BI should remain purple – showing no sign of life.
• Report everything into the logbook provided.

This system is easy to use and is FDA-approved.
