Basic instructions is:

• Make sure incubator is operating at 60
  
• Place one BI into the autoclave and run it as usua
  
• Once its completed, remove and set aside for 10 mins to let it cool
  
• Place into the oblong hole inside the incubator, and push it sideways to activat
  
• Place that into one of the holes in the inbucator
  
• Add a Control test BI – activate it in the oblong hole, label it “C” for control, and place into another hole in the incubator
  
• Push the blue button to start timer (10-hours
  
• Remove both after 10 hours. The Control test should be yellow showing there is spore activity. The Sterilizer test BI should remain purple – showing no sign of lif
  
• Report everything into the log book provided.

This system is easy to use, and is FDA-approved.

• shake for 10 seconds.
• Open cap and press down slightly on paper and start writing until magenta-colored ink flows to tip of pen.
• Cap after use.
• Shake briefly before next use. Always cap when done.
• Ink changes color from magenta-to-black if exposed to steam sterilization.
