How it works:

The Market Forge exhaust condenser is used to capture and condense steam from a sterilizer when it is venting, at the end of the cycle. This is used when it can't be vented outside of the building. It's an optional system which mounts to the Market Forge Sterilmatic stand. The condenser is usually mounted under the sterilizer or counter, and is automatically controlled by a thermostat. When the sterilizer's steam vent is piped to the condenser, the steam mixes with incoming water and is then piped to a floor drain, or 5-gallon bucket. This prevents steam from being exhausted into the room.
