Twindicator 8" Chemical Indicator Strip, 250/box
Each 8" strip can easily be split in half to make two 4" strips - which means 1 box can make 500 test strips!
Twindicator® Chemical Indicator Strips monitor the critical parameters of steam sterilization in steam sterilizers between 250°F-273°F. There is a single strip across the indicator with an off-white to dark brown/black color change after exposure to an effective steam cycle.

How to use Twindicator® as an 8-inch strip:
One end should be at the location considered to be the hardest for steam to reach. The other end may project from the contents to give indication that the contents have been processed. The entire indicator line must be black. Brown color indicates under processing, and the contents must be reprocessed. Gray color may be indication of over processing or wet steam. Faulty sterilizer or cycle must be correct before reprocessing.

Place the entire strip within pack or pouch. The entire indicator line must be black. Brown color indicates under processing, and the contents must be reprocessed. Gray color may be indication of over processing or wet steam. Faulty sterilizer or cycle must be correct before reprocessing.
