AN EO Gas 4PLUS Sterilizer
Andersen EOGas 4PLUS Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer
Product code: NANEOG4Plus
The EOGas 4PLUS is designed for terminal sterilization of difficult-to-sterilize medical devices, including duodenoscopes and colonoscopes. Powered by EO-Flexible Chamber Technology (EO-FCT), it uses a 17.6 g EO microdose—up to 90% less EO than traditional rigid-chamber systems.
The system supports active aeration in the same chamber, controlled-temperature air circulation, automatic door locking, and a touchscreen interface. When paired with the optional Andersen ETO Cartridge Abator, it provides near-zero-emissions performance for processing compatible heat- and moisture-sensitive instruments.
- FDA-cleared for terminal sterilization of complex long-lumen devices
- EO-FCT using a 17.6 g microdose of EO per cycle
- Near-zero emissions when paired with the Andersen ETO Cartridge Abator
- Approximately 3.5-hour cycle achieving a 10⁻⁶ sterility assurance level
- Active aeration in the same chamber with no device transfer required
- Touchscreen interface with real-time cycle guidance
- Automatic door locking during sterilization cycles
- Process Challenge Device integrated into the purge probe for consistent biological indicator placement
- Compared with steam: Supports compatible heat- and moisture-sensitive devices that may be damaged by steam.
- Compared with hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂): Supports compatible complex and long-lumen devices.
- Compared with traditional EO systems: Uses a lower EO dose with a smaller equipment footprint and reduced emissions.

EO Gas 4 FDA Clearance
Compare EO Gas models
A. EOGas 4Plus is an advanced gas sterilization system designed for efficiency and reliability. It utilizes a microdose of ethylene oxide to ensure sterilization of medical instruments. This system is ideal for facilities seeking a reliable solution to sterilization needs.
Q. How does EOGas 4Plus work?
A. The EOGas 4 PLUS operates by introducing ethylene oxide gas into a impermeable flexible chamber containing the devices to be sterilized. The gas penetrates packaging and surfaces, effectively killing bacteria and viruses. After a designated exposure time, the gas is evacuated, leaving devices terminally sterile with a shelf life of up to six months.
Q. Is it safe to use?
A. The chamber wash pump flow rate is100 L/mn
Q. What devices is EOGas 4PLUS intended for?
A. Heat- and moisture-sensitive devices, including duodenoscopes, colonoscopes, and long-lumen instruments.
Q. Does it require a separate aeration cabinet?
A. No. Sterilization and active aeration occur in the same chamber.
WARRANTY: 12 months parts only
