Ultrasonic vials monitor the cavitation process in the cleaners. They are especially designed to monitor the machine without load, to detect strong and weak spots of cavitation.
When the cavitation energy is adequate the vibration of the glass pearls changes the color of the solution from blue to yellow.
C-TUV works best for machines operating at frequencies of =35 kHz between 18-70°C.
