Usage:
Designed for routine control of ultrasonic cleaning processes, monitoring cavitation effectiveness at frequencies ≥35 kHz, and temperatures of 18 °C to 70 °C.
Procedure:
- Prepare the tank with cleaning solution following both the manufacturer's instructions for the ultrasonic washing machine and the manufacturer of the detergent used.
- Degassify the tank according to indications of use of the detergent manufacturer.
- Adjust the temperature according to indications of use of the detergent manufacturer.
- Take the necessary number of indicators according to the Test you want to perform (Periodic Functional Test or Routine Test) and the size of the washer tank.
- Place them in the basket without load according to the distribution of the Test to be performed.
- Place the basket in the tank and run the desired ultrasonic cleaning program.
- Completed the program, remove the indicators from the machine.
- Analyze the results according to the table and record the data obtained.
Regulation:
Compliant with ISO 13485:2016/NS-EN ISO 13485:2016 standards.
Characteristics:
2 ml glass vial with a blue reactive solution, detecting cavitation deficiencies. Initial color: blue, result: yellow transparent solution. Challenge level: high.
Troubleshooting Note:
If results are unfavorable, check ultrasonic cleaner frequency, wash time/temperature, bubbles in the solution, indicator location, and machine condition.
Environmental Conditions:
Manufactured at 10-30 ºC, RH 30-80%. Store at 10-30 ºC, RH 30-80%, in a dark place in the original packing.
Transportation:
Transport in closed, strengthened boxes with no health risk.
Shelf-life:
18 months.
Precautions
Do not re-use the C1-CCT indicator.
Do not open the indicator before its use, since this will cause its deterioration.
Do not use Ultrasonic Cleaning Indicator for monitoring normal washing using non-ultrasonic cleaners.
