I purchased this papr. Customer service was superb. I received a pre-shipping phone call to verify that I had ordered exactly what I was looking for. The device is excellent. Of note, the lithium battery sometimes due to storage can be non-functional. The battery did not work despite charge. It took a 60 second phone call to the RPB company office in Michigan to easily and rapidly have a new battery shipped to me.
