Duraline Systems has both an in-house repair shop and on-site technicians in the field for your convenience. We will service any facility on-site within 90 miles of New York City. Shipping labels, boxes and packaging materials can be provided for other locations. Emergency loaners of all brands are available upon request.
Manufacturers recommend that sterilizers receive Preventative Maintenance every 6-12 months. This will expand the lifetime value of your equipment and guarantee top performance. Duraline Systems has two Preventative Maintenance Plans available, Standard and Ultimate. Details are listed in the Pricing Table below.

The Standard Plan consists of annual Preventative Maintenance On-Site. A Duraline Service Technician will come to your facility and perform the following tasks on your sterilizer: electrical safety check, amp draw check, safety inspection, flush system and replenish distilled water, certification label, clean and check sensors, replace filters and gaskets as needed,* clean chamber, trays, reservoir, test, calibrate and verify temperature. In addition, Duraline will provide a Certified Label with a Comprehensive Service Report for your records.
Duraline's Ultimate Plan includes all of the features of the Standard Plan but include a Free Loaner and In-Shop Preventative Maintenance Service. This is the Manufacturer recommended solution.

Yes, we Service Ultrasonic Cleaners and other Equipment too! Please advise your Account Manager at Duraline of any and all Equipment that may need to be serviced or cleaned, and we will be happy to schedule accordingly.
*Sterilizer parts are not included in the price of the plans. Replacement parts such as filters and gaskets are an extra charge.
